‘Better be a tiger for a day than a sheep for a lifetime’ is the concept behind the Tiger for a Day brand. They help big business to achieve great success through preparing individuals and teams to meet their biggest challenges. Founder of Tiger for a Day, Caroline Whaley, wanted a unique and energetic website to promote their coaching services.
Drawing inspiration from the simplicity of their existing tiger branding, we built a fixed background scrolling site which moves seemlessly from white to black, with just a little orange splashed about.
The animation of the tiger on the landing page was a key element of this project and we brought him to life with a subtle flick of his tail. This remains one of one of our favourite websites to date!

I’ve worked with many design agencies over my career and this was the most enjoyable process I have ever experienced. They listened really carefully to want I wanted (which was hardly the tightest of briefs!) and then with little fuss and only a handful of tweaks, managed to apply just the perfect amount of creativity to bring some fun and flair whilst never losing the beauty of simple design and seamless functionality.
Geoff and Lucy know their craft well and have take the one page design concept to a whole new level. I’m really delighted with tigerforaday.com.
