The Tea House were established in 1982 with a bricks and mortar store in Covent Garden, London. They were a haven for tea lovers, with a vast range of loose leaf teas from around the world. Now The Tea House focus on online sales through their brand new website, with a thoughtfully curated range of teas that they know, trust, and enjoy personally.

In the next stage of the evolution of The Tea House, the Covent Garden bricks and motar store was closed with a new ambition to move their tea sales solely online. For this to be successful a new website was needed to ensure a strong online presence for the brand. With a large existing customer base, global reach and ambition to grow, creating a smooth and intuitive shopping experience was vital. After discussing the options for different ecommerce platforms, it was decided that Shopify was the way to go.
In this comprehensive ecommerce website project, we developed a site that looks great and works seamlessly. Customers can navigate through the extensive product catalog with easy-to-use filters, whilst attention is drawn to featured products and best sellers. Customers are informed through brew guides for each tea and information about the region that the tea comes from. In-person training was provided to ensure that The Tea House team had all of the knowledge they’d need to effectively manage their website and to support their customers.
